RECENTLY , i have an unpleasant preorder trip with this seller :

preordered a what she called it a "SHIMMERING EYELINER" sounds so nice huhs ?
however , i don't get a shimmering eyeliner instead . i got a JUNK , that can be just thrown into the rubbishdump . waited for a period of time before the item arrived . When she was about to send the items out to us , she emailed : and i quoted part of it :
" some of u may find that e cap of your eyeliner has cracks on it due to the mishandling of the postman,
but i'm confident that the quality of the eyeliners will not been compromised "
So i was thinkin , okay perhaps only the caps are broken , so wouldnt be any of a trouble .
and was waiting for it to arrive and a seller[snow perfection] who also preordered from her
told me that it was badly broken ! O.O . kays so i went to check my mailbox .
upon seeing the envelope i was shocked ! She used a thin plain piece of paper to wrap like an envelope . and it was TORN . you see , TORN . meaning i can just take the eyeliner without having to open the envelope. okay , i myself sometimes use plain papers for small items too because i've alot of buyers so its a hassle to kip buying envelopes. BUT . i use quality ones . and i ENSURE and AM SURE it will be in very GOOD condition ! what i see was ,
a pathetic piece of thin paper , and beside the shock , another major shock ! LOLS .
MY EYELINER , OTHER DEN THE CAP CRACKED , THE WHOLE PIECE CRACKD TOO . LIKE , IT CAN BE A JUNK LE LAHS .
so why should i pay $5.70 [ 70cents for THIS KIND OF POSTAGE somemore! ] for this service ? oh gosh . 5.70 though is not a very big sum lahs . but imagine you paying for NOTHING ? what am i going to do with it ? left it aside for it to ROT ? or throw it away ?
besides , the pieces of the plastic chips even went into the *SHIMMERING EYELINER*
GOSHH . what happens if i use it ? do think of the consequences .
she can just PUSH the blame to the postman huh ? what a joke .
and : " i may continue ordering some other stuffs "
who will want to buy from her again ? doesnt know how to handle stuffs well .
then don't open sprees lahs .

Hi , i've just received my item . I'm indeed very upset and angry over it .
I'm a seller myself . If items crack , its due to mishandling of the sender and not the postman .
Postmen's responsibilities are to deliver the items safely .
And , the senders shud at least wrap it up with sumting e.g bubblewrapped .
However , when i received the item today ,its just placed in the envelope like dhat ,
not wrapped or anitink .doesnt hafta wrap like a present or sumting ,
wrap it jus to make it safe frm cracks . yet . the envelope is alrdy torn ~ ?
and my whole eyshadow is BROKEN , lil small chips of the plastic are inside the eyeshadow itself . So what happens if i use it[i can't even use larhs] and it does damages to my eyes ?
How are you gonna pay for it ? Items sold are strictly non-refundable & non-exchangable after purchase. Yup i know this is what you put down there , however . i still demand a refund .
